NTRS_ZIB Research is the public face of an independent set of notes on power, datacentre and digital-asset infrastructure issuers. The notes already exist. This site is how they should be presented.

What is covered

Companies that sell power, floor space, or compute to the digital-asset and AI-infrastructure complex: miners converting plants into leased megawatts, landlords signing hyperscale paper against sites that are not yet live, and the balance-sheet structures that fund the conversion.

What these documents do not do

No buy, sell, or hold recommendation is issued, and no price target is derived. Where another firm has published a target or a rating, it is reported as market data: attributed, dated, and never adopted as this desk’s own view. Analysing where someone else’s target came from is in scope. Agreeing with it is not.

How publishing works

Each document is a self-contained HTML file. There is no framework and no bundler. The coverage index is generated from the files it lists. Publishing is manual. A document reaches the public set only when it is pushed by hand.

Who this is for

Readers who want to reconstruct an issuer from filings, contracts and capital structure, and who would rather see the tension in one sentence than a rating in a box. If you need a target price, this is the wrong desk.
